When I was younger it was all the fashion to have ripped jeans. Even at one point I bought a pair of jeans and ripped them myself!
Ripped jeans then quickly went out of fashion – I think mostly because of the fact people went over the top with the rips and they just looked awful!
However, they seem to be slowly crawling back into fashion. Look at these Miss Sixty Jeans:
They are skinny ones – obviously hugely in fashion and probably won’t go out – and have some small rips and pulls to make them look casual and carefree.
They are £115 though – so if ripped jeans do come back in properly I might still buy my own pair and rip them instead! Cheapskate!
